Why I can help
From the beginning of my divorce, I held a strong intention to transform myself and my life. This intention served as a lantern in navigating the difficult path of divorce and creating a new life that I love. My brilliant guides - therapists, coaches, attorneys, teachers, friends - reminded me that the lantern was in my hand, illuminating the way.
My journey informs my work as a divorce coach and transformation guide. In facing intense emotions and practical obstacles, I learned who I was. I discovered how to be present. I allowed myself to change. I asked for and accepted support. I heard my own voice and began to trust myself. I built a new life that expresses who I am and invites love in its many forms. I can help you do the same.
I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University, an M.A. in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University, and a B.A. in English Literature from Wake Forest University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New Mexico.
I practice meditation and reiki, a Japanese healing art, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. These activities bring me peace and inspiration and support my personal and professional healing work.
